8. ADVANCED GAS TUNGSTEN ARC WELDING (T.I.G.)
This course is designed to teach students the manual process Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (T.I.G.) on carbon steel, stainless and aluminum on pipe or plate to T.S.S.A. Standards.

L – Arc Length (tip to work)
C – Welding Current (amperage voltage) - Setting proper gas flow
- Welding all position fillet welds, lap joints & tee joints
- Learning the set up and the practical use of a purging gas
- Welding on tubing or pipe
